Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing on all online orders. We offer tracking on all orders unless otherwise stated. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. All shipping rates are listed in Canadian dollars. For US orders all duties, customs and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

After an item has shipped, it is no longer our responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipped order, please contact: [email protected] or contact the shipping provider directly. 

*Please note, any delivery estimates are provided by Canada Post. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

CANADA
We provide shipping through Canada Post for all orders placed in Canada.

We offer free one-way shipping within Canada on orders $300 CAD or more. For orders under $300 CAD (before applicable taxes) there is a flat shipping rate of $25 CAD. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any incurred handling fees or taxes upon delivery.

We provide in-store pickup for local online orders. We ask that orders please be picked up within two weeks of purchase.

Once the order is processed and ready for pick up you will receive an email notification from us. We request that your order be picked up at our retail location within a week of the purchase. As with any other online order, our regular return and exchange policy applies to a pick up order.

USA
We offer shipping through Canada Post, which is then transferred over to USPS for orders placed in the USA. We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $35 CAD on all US orders.

Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes and are subject to any incurred US duties, taxes or handling fees upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these fees. We are not responsible for any delays from US customs or USPS.

SALE ITEMS
All sale items or items purchased using a promo code are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

At this time online orders are limited to one discount code per order. If you would like to order items with different discount codes, separate orders must be placed.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns on full price items for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Item(s) must be unworn, in original condition and packaging with original receipt.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. P

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are happy to honor a one-time price adjustment on regular priced goods within 7 days from purchase date, provided the exact style and size is available in our current inventory. All price adjustments will be credited back in the form of a store credit. We do not offer price adjustments on products purchased at discounted prices.
