Head over Heels, an established locally-owned downtown Victoria women’s shoe and accessories boutique, is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and shoe loving person to join our team.

A successful Assistant Manager at Head over Heels will demonstrate:

  • Strong retail sales ability with a polished professional approach.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Commitment to exemplary customer service and fostering on-going customer relationships.

  • Ability to supervise staff.
